Research & Quality Improvement

To achieve our vision and mission, CINCCH has two impact goals:

  1. To develop, evaluate, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes in Veterans with disabilities related to neurological conditions.
  2. To enhance the quality of interactions between healthcare professionals and Veterans to improve complex chronic disease management outcomes.

Additionally, CINCCH research and quality improvement efforts to enhance quality of care, safety, and value for Veterans center around: 

  • Infectious disease and antimicrobial stewardship;
  • Whole Health;
  • Chronic conditions such as cancer, kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension; and
  • Opioids and pain management
